FUNDATION The Company Fabrica de Manometros Record S.A. is a manufacturing company established in 1932 founded by Mr. Adolf Schnabel, a mechanical technician from Austria. Schnabel was the first person manufacturing instruments for welding and cutting processes in Brazil. The history of the RECORD company is closely connected to the beginning of the industrialization of the metropolis of Sao Paulo. The company belongs to the pioneer factories in Latin America. |

OUTSIDE SUPPLIERS We use outside suppliers as an important production force. Approximately 65% of our materials and components are external supply and 20% of them are imported components principally from Germany. |
